Returns
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
